We are motivated by the responsibility and pressure we face everyday in leading teams. We understand this is a tremendous opportunity to affects the lives of our employees and in turn everyone they come in contact with everyday. We are just two normal middle managers who want to get better so we can do better.
Our goal with this organization is to create a community of professionals who can support each other, learn from each other, and ultimately grow with each other as we progress on this mission to improve leadership in the workplace.
