Jesse is one of those exceptional leaders in an organization who blends high standards and caring seamlessly to create a driven and passionate team. As a biology major who has boldly made the transition to sales, business, and organizational development Jesse understands that businesses are made up of ecosystems of living breathing entities who are the force behind all successful businesses. As a leader it has been Jesse’s mission to make work a safe place where people can feel free to do their best work. He does this by creating a positive, candid, open team environment where people can thrive.

Justen is one of those rare self taught leaders who understands the importance of caring for his people. He believes in meeting his teams needs above all else and watching them excel due to the tremendous support he provides them everyday. He strongly believes that people are a businesses most important asset and that every company must invest time, energy, and caring into each person.

We couldn’t do half of what we do here at Amazing Business Consulting if it wasn’t for our awesome staff. In addition to our own office staff, we also have mentors, instructors, service providers and many other expert individuals who help us help our clients.
